Lorenz Dopplinger is a post-doctoral researcher and lecturer at the University of Vienna. He previously worked as a legal expert at the Constitutional Service of the Republic of Austria and as a legal attaché at the Permanent Representation of Austria to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France.
