How to Publish ECO Working Paper:
To publish an EUI-ECO Working Paper, take the following steps:
- Include: Title, Abstract, all authors with affiliation (external co-authors are allowed), 5 Keywords, JEL codes (https://www.aeaweb.org/jel/guide/jel.php).
- Always indicate the version of your Manuscript, such as first version or revised version.
- Start the page numbering from the first page of the Working Paper (the title page).
- Send an electronic copy of the paper (PDF without security restrictions) to ecowp@eui.eu.
For Professors:
- The paper should be sent to ecowp@eui.eu with the Head of the Department informed and copied.
For Researchers:
- Submission is permitted up until the thesis defence. The manuscript must first be approved by the supervisors and then submitted to ecowp@eui.eu; supervisors should be copied in the submission email.
For Max Weber Fellows:
- Submission is permitted up until the end of the fellowship. The manuscript must first be approved by the mentor and then submitted to ecowp@eui.eu; mentor should be copied in the submission email.
Only authors with an EUI affiliation are permitted to publish in the ECO Working Paper series.
Disclaimer:
- The re-submission of a Working Paper that has already been published is allowed only in the case of substantial modifications. Changes limited to the title, abstract, or minor editorial revisions are not considered substantial. Examples of substantial modifications include significant changes to the methodology or theoretical framework, or major extensions of the analysis.
