Background
Making progress with your research to ensure timely and successful completion, is a challenge which requires stamina, perseverance and effective time management. Competing demands on our time can lead to procrastination which can impede our progress and threaten the quality of our research.
How this Course Works and What You Will Learn
This 90-minute workshop explores the tools we can use to better focus our efforts, raise our energy levels and maximise our output. By the end of this workshop researchers should be able to describe a range of time management strategies and identify those which could best help them to increase their productivity. There will be a special focus on ‘taming’ the literature review, including some practical steps which researchers can take to manage the volume of material more efficiently.
