Submitting to Cadmus

  • EUI members are responsible for informing Cadmus of all their academic publications issued during their time at the EUI, including any work published after this period based on research carried out at the EUI.
  • Try to add your full-text articles in Cadmus. Staff can assist you in checking which article version is allowed! Contact [email protected] or follow the instructions below.

  • All project publications should be made available on Cadmus, offering major visibility for the project result. Cadmus is OAI-PMH compliant and assures the dissemination also via other portals
  • Research Projects' publications - especially frequent and large additions - can be included via batch imports
  • .csv file is created or adapted for the project by Library staff
  • The file is completed by project staff using LibreOffice or OpenOffice
  • The import is performed by Library staff into Cadmus - DSpace
  • For information on importing and to obtain an adapted .csv for your project contact [email protected]

These are exceptions that do not need to be communicated for inclusion in Cadmus

  • EUI theses, Working papers, and Research reports which are submitted directly by EUI staff
  • Forthcoming publications, since only published works are included in Cadmus
  • Short, journalistic pieces or book reviews, which are never included in Cadmus
