What do EU Think

The event “What do EU think? Le domande dei giovani agli europarlamentari in vista delle elezioni europee” was held at the University of Florence (Social Sciences campus) on 15 March 2024.

Three months before the European elections, "What do EU think?" wanted to facilitate a dialogue between the youngest, who in most cases will be voting for the first time, and the representatives of the European institutions: a simple and effective way to explain the importance of active participation in voting and to make an informed choice.
University students and EUI researchers were able to question directly three current members of the European Parliament on the most pressing challenges the EU is facing.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Universities of Florence and Siena, the EUROPE DIRECT centers of Florence and Siena,  Ponte Europa, with the support of the Offices of the European Parliament and of the European Commission in Italy.

What Do EU Think is part of the initiatives organized by the Italian network of European Documentation Centers for the European elections.
