- What should I do to ship large boxes/parcels ?
- What should I do in case i have to ship a device with lithium batteries ?
It is possible to receive a parcel at the EUI only if the content is strictly relevant to work needs. Please, see the procedure at the following link.
We can only track the shipments that have a tracking number, such as registered mail and BRT parcels. Tracking is not possible for other kinds of shipment, such as priority mail.
In order to have a quote for a BRT shipping, you have to provide the mail and registry office with the following information:
- Postal code of the recipient
- Approximate parcel weight
- City of destination
- Approximate parcel size
Please note that any quote is subject to change based on actual weight and dimensions of the parcel. BRT weigh parcels independently and apply the price according to their rates. (see updated BRT price list)
