The Real Estate & Facilities Service is responsible for the management and coordination of the following logistics activities:
RE&FS staff is available all over the EUI campus in the porters' lodges located in the various EUI premises.
The daily activity of outsourced maintenance and cleaning staff operating at the EUI is organized and coordinated by the Maintenance Unit, in cooperation with the EUI Helpdesk.
The REFS also manages a Purchase Office, for the acquisition of work-related items (furniture, specific office supplies and technical equipment upon motivated request...): requests are processed through the submission of a dedicated form available here.
