Services for Alumni

In view of the measures taken to contain COVID19, the Library will be closed to all users from 5 March to 13 April 2020. 

  • The loan service is suspended and no access to the Library at the Badia is authorized;
  • Library staff is on duty providing all services and can be contacted by email;
  • Book loans and the pick-up date for books on hold will continue to be prolonged until the end of the lockdown period.

  • Consult the Catalogue or Articles+ to find and locate material
  • Most of the Library’s holdings are on open shelving
  • Requested material from storage is delivered Monday to Friday. Material requested before 13.00 will be available later the same afternoon

  • Library entrance desk is staffed Monday to Friday,  9.00-19.00
  • Information specialists are available for specific enquiries

E-resourcesUsing computers, photocopying, printing & scanning


  • Printing services  are offered via the MultiFunction Printers (MFP), all providing for copying, printing and scanning
  • 8 wall-mounted PCs in the Library for Catalogue and Internet consultation
  • There are more than 50 computers in the Library
  • WiFi access via the EUI-WiFi
  • Most Library working spaces and tables have a fixed LAN cable for connecting your laptop to the Internet
