Hot Desks

At a Hot Desk, a docking station will provide you with a means for easily plugging your personally-owned or EUI provided laptop to a screen, keyboard and mouse, while connecting it to the EUI wired network too.

To make use of a hot desk,

1. identify the USB-C cable attached to the docking station
2. insert the USB-C connector of the cable into a USB-C port on your laptop. Please ensure the connection is secure
3. once connected, your laptop will automatically link to the external screen, keyboard and mouse, and to the EUI wired network
