Registration at the EUI

New PdD and LL.M researchers register with the Academic Service.

Max Weber, Jean Monnet, and Policy Leader Fellows


Registration Day for new Max Weber, Jean Monnet, and Policy Leader Fellows starting in September is scheduled in the first week of September. Details of the registration day and welcome events are usually sent in the early summer.  

During registration, we will hand you your EUI card and ICT account, collect the information needed for the payment of your grant and travel reimbursement, and provide you with information on the EUI in general. 

For the registration, you will need some or all of the following documents:

  • Your bank details (to be submitted using the relevant form)
  • Your travel documents/tickets (showing the price paid) and boarding passes (if applicable) for reimbursement of your travel costs
  • Any supporting documents required for the payment of family allowances
  • Proof of health insurance
  • A copy of your doctoral degree certificate
  • A document showing proof of your English proficiency (only for Max Weber Fellows)

 

Policy Leader Fellows starting in February: you will be asked to register individually at the EUI4U Welcome Office
 

 

Fernand Braudel and Robert Schuman Fellows 


Fellows can register individually with Stefania Bocchi at the EUI4U Welcome Office.

 

During registration, we will provide you with your EUI card and ICT account, we will collect the information needed for the payment of your grant, and provide information about the EUI and the services available to you during your stay.
