Set-up Time Requirements for Audiovisual Equipment

When audiovisual services are required, conference & seminar rooms have to be booked in the Events application early enough as to allow the testing/set-up of technical equipment before the beginning of the event.

Please consider following time requirements:

  • Video recording with 1 video camera - 2 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Video recording with 2 or more video cameras - 4 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Audio recording - 2 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Web streaming - 24 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Cabins set up for simultaneous translation - 24 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Video Conference - 2 hours prior to the start of the event
  • Audio Conference - 2 hours prior to the start of the event

Above indications must be respected in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the required equipment.
