Transportation (BUS) Services

The REFS takes care of the organization of transportation services on the occasion of events taking place at the EUI.

Transportation services are supplied by Toscana Bus, winner of the relevant call for tender, and coordinated by the REFS Events Officers  (ext 2232 / 2240).

PRICE LIST TOSCANA BUS 2026-2030

Bus services shall be booked through the Events platform. For any information, please write to eventstransfer.refs@eui.eu

For every bus service request, it is mandatory to include the following information on the events platform :

• Date, place, and time of departure
• Destination
• Number of passengers
• FUND CENTRE number
• Commitment number
• Name and mobile number of the person responsible for the event (event contact person)
