How to Set Delayed Delivery

If you wish to send an email at a specific time and date you can use Delayed Delivery. This option allows you to set a time and date for the email to be sent: 

  1. Within your new message click Options > Delay Delivery:

  2. Under Delivery options tick Do not deliver before: and specify a date and time:

  3. Send the email as usual.

Please note: your message will not be delivered before the date and time you specified; however, the "Sent" timestamp on the message will reflect the time you actually pressed the "Send" button.
