Body Sculpt

It is a workout designed to shape and tone the abdominal area, the gluteal area, and the legs. Body Sculpt ​​combines a cardiovascular workout with toning exercises aimed at the waist, thighs and hips. The pace is sustained and guarantees a good caloric expenditure.
