Kangoo Jumps is an exercise that reduces your body fat; firms your arms, legs, thighs, abdomen, and hips; increases your agility; strengthens your muscles overall; provides an aerobic effect for your heart; rejuvenates your body when it's tired, and generally puts you in a state of health and fitness.

Tuesdays from 1:30 pm until 2:30pm and Wednesdays from 6:00pm until 7:00pm
