ASHTANGA YOGA : Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

HATHA YOGA: Hatha yoga is generally practiced MORE slowly and with more static posture holds than found in styles such as Ashtanga or Vinyasa. Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. It is generally considered a gentle yoga and its great for beginners. Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.

VINYASA YOGA : he synchronizing of physical movement with your breath in hatha yoga is called vinyasa. This technique allows you to create a deeper absorption of awareness through a rhythmic moving meditation while practicing yoga. Vinyasa supports moving into and out of the yoga poses through connection with muscular breathing mechanisms.
