Postural Training

Postural training is a set of exercises aimed at solving bad postural habits that can cause various problems and pains. The course is aimed at creating a significant improvement in terms of posture, balance, and movement, accompanied by psychophysical well-being.

The benefits that can be obtained through postural gymnastics are: Improved posture,  joint and muscle pain prevention, release muscular tension, improved elasticity and coordination and improved stress management.
